Refund policy

Favourite Things Equestrian Limited will meet our obligations under the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act in regards to any exchanges or returns. We reserve the right to change any refund or exchange terms outside of this at our discretion, but will always seek to remedy a situation with our clients on a best intent basis.
