This type of cheek pieces provides increased stabilization of the mouthpiece in the desired position, while maintaining its mobility and freedom of chewing.

The Comfort (18mm) is for horses with flatter tongues and wider mouths, distributing pressure over a larger surface for a softer, more gentle feel.
